CEO/President - Corso Business Group, Inc. is a business management and finance consulting firm established by Frank Mitchell Corso, Jr. The firm represents and has represented hundreds of businesses through out the United States of America and abroad on a myriad of business matters including but not limited to business development, strategic planning for business, business and marketing plans, strategic alliances created for business, turnaround guidance, pricing structures, branding of businesses and trademarks, business advisory,
develop business strategies and marketing strategies for businesses, create and implement cause marketing campaigns for clients, arrange business financing for clients including United States Small Business Administration and other governmental agency loans,  conventional, lines of credit, equity and private financing, prepare women and minority certifications for businesses for state and federal programs, government liaison for clients in dealing with the maze of government programs.

2014- Developed several business entities in medical world on affordable health care, franchise concepts including Healthy America and Medical Health Concierge.
 
2013- Founder/President of Exchange Club of New York (not for profit), a regional business service organization, for New York City and Long Island, New York.

2004- Founder/President of Self Employment Entrepreneur Expos’s (SEEE). An entity that promoted Corso Business Group, Inc. and its affiliates at business trade shows/Seminars developed by SEEE around the USA  with other businesses and entities.

1998-2004- Financial Editor of Technology Business Magazine. A monthly national business magazine with a circulation of 52,000 focused on technology transfer and technology. Interviewed a myriad of persons for stories in business, research and politics. Wrote an article on business in every issue, was spokesperson and speaker for the publication appearing at business forums, trade shows, meetings and media events. Created alliances in business, government, political leaders, federal laboratories and agencies.

1993 to present- Host and producer of Dollars and Sense, a half hour business talk show on Cable television in New York.  Guests include business leaders, government leaders,
businesses from all sectors and more.

1995- present- Contributing writer to several business publications including but not limited to Successful Franchising Magazine, BIZ, Retail Tech and other publications of Bill Communications.

1992-present- Quoted regularly in newspapers and publications including Crain’s New York, Crain’s Chicago, New York Times, Bergen Herald, At&T Capita Connections.

1985 to present- National and regional speaker on business, business development, business strategies, financing, franchising for business organizations, colleges, government and private sector.
 
1993- Founding member and instructor of the Entrepreneurial Assistance Center of Suffolk County Community College in New York.

1992- Founding member of the Hofstra University Business Entrepreneur Center. 2000- Authorized speaker and seminar producer for Franchise Trade Show of Canada for United States.

2000- Adjunct Business Instructor at Dowling College  

1996-1997- Speaker on business for International Franchise Association at various venues in USA.

1997-1998- Speaker on business for Franchise Trade Show based in California.
 
1997- Present- Judge for Federal Laboratory Consortium each year in choosing winners of technology products submitted to the federal labs throughout the USA.

1988-1990- Founder/President of American States Group - which consisted of American States Realty, American States Modular Homes and American States Informative Real Estate Show.

1990-1995- Business Advisor/Counselor for United States Administration’s Small Business Development Center in New York. Counseled more businesses and had more economic impact in New York State than all others in State. Arranged more direct loans and government guaranteed loans than all others. Initiated new programs, chaired state wide conference’s on Veteran Owned Businesses, Woman and Minority Owned Businesses, Native American Businesses. Developed business manuals, interacted with federal, state and local agencies on economic development matters. Attended federal conferences in Washington, D.C. and New
York State.
 
1978-1980- Intern and Administrative Assistant for Congressman Thomas Downey of New York at the Washington D.C. office in Cannon building on Capitol Hill.
 
1982-1988- Worked at Law Offices of Frank Mitchell Corso, P.C in New York.

1999- Appreciation Award by Federal Laboratory Consortium for an individual who has made a significant contribution to the Federal Technology Transfer Program.
 
2009-2017 Chosen to be listed in Who’s Who in Finance and Business, Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in the World.

2010- Received the Dr. Marin Luther King, Jr Economic Development Award from the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Birthday Celebration Committee.

WORLD FOOD PROGRAM USA in Washington, D.C..  A United States Not for Profit. Its mission is
to support the United Nations World Food Program.  The world’s largest food aid entity. Chaired business development committee, strategic planning, chaired name change  committee from Friends of The World Food Program to World Food Program USA. Other board members include David Novak, CEO of Yum Brand!,  Sandy  Berger, former national  security advisor to President Clinton, Dan Glickman, former Congressman and Secretary of Agriculture under President Clinton, John Block, former Secretary of Agriculture for President Reagan, Senators Robert Dole and George McGovern, et  al.

LONG ISLAND TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT based in Melville, New York. Its mission to provide ride share and car pool assistance for New Yorkers on Long Island. Chaired
fundraising,  business development committees.  

AMERICAN KIDNEY FUND
of Rockville, Maryland. Its mission to provide direct financial
assistance to individuals with kidney related disease. .Wrote the strategic business plan for
American Kidney Fund. Chaired public support, branding, financial committees etc.

OPERATIONS INITIATIVE FOUNDATION in North Amityville, New York. Its mission is to assist veterans who suffer from post traumatic stress disorder.
